- For any purpose related and/or ancillary to any of the above or any other purposes for which your Personal Data was provided to us.
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
We may use your Personal Data to send you marketing communications (by email, text message,
telephone or post) about property sector developments that might be of interest to you and/or information about our services, including exclusive offers, promotions or new services.
We have a legitimate interest in processing your Personal Data for marketing purposes. This means we
do not usually need your consent to send you marketing communications. However, where consent is
needed, we will ask for this consent separately and clearly. We will also comply with your request to
stop sending any such further communications.
We will always treat your Personal Data with the utmost respect and never sell or share it with other
organisations outside Longview Advisors for marketing purposes except with your prior permission.
