Rental pied-a-terre is literally a foot in London

A UK executive, who had recently sold one of his businesses, wanted to establish a presence in London. Not slowing down, with a busy international travel schedule, he wanted to find a high-end rental flat but had no time to spend going from agent to agent.

Of the two areas in central London that had been recommended to him, one did not have the type of accommodation he required and the other did not suit his preferences.

We explained that very few period buildings could accommodate the accessibility requirements that were an important part of the brief. Furthermore, centrally located flats in popular tourist and shopping areas seemed attractive on property portals but could be too noisy and lack privacy.

We previewed more than 20 properties with multiple agents to vet them then shortlisted the most suitable candidates. We ultimate found a place that perfectly balanced location, amenities and aesthetics.
